JD of Product Manager: As a Product Manager, you will be an integral part of Wiom’s growth journey, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support various strategic and operational initiatives. This role requires exceptional problem-solving, execution & communication skills. What makes you a great fit: - Education Qualifications & work experience - B.Tech or MBA from a tier 1 institute. - 3+ years of experience in a product role or an overall experience of 2-3 years in a data centric role. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the startup ecosystem is good to have. - Technical & Soft Skills - Ability to think user first is highly desirable. - Familiarity with JIRA, SQL, Excel, MixPanel, CleverTap, Confluence, Metabase is a should have. - Proven ability to drive projects independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with product management principles and practices. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
