Product Manager (Remote | Full-Time| Exp Required : 7 - 10 years || Pay Range : 14-18 Lacs P.A. Role Summary : - We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of a consumer-facing digital product. The role involves close collaboration with the Founder, CTO, and engineering teams to translate business and user needs into high-impact product outcomes. Key Responsibilities (Product Management Only) • Own end-to-end product lifecycle : discovery, roadmap, execution, and launch • Collaborate with the Founder, CTO, and Engineering to define product vision and priorities • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation • Manage and prioritize product backlog aligned with business goals • Lead agile ceremonies : sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning • Validate product features against user experience, usability, and business value • Act as the voice of the customer , ensuring intuitive and scalable solutions • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for smooth and timely releases Required Key Skills Core Product Management Skills • Product Strategy & Roadmapping • Requirements Gathering & Documentation • User Stories & Acceptance Criteria • Agile / Scrum / Kanban Methodologies • Backlog Management & Prioritization • Stakeholder Management • Cross-functional Collaboration • Product Discovery & Feature Definition. Technical & Platform Exposure • Mobile App Products (iOS & Android) • Web-based Products • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience working with Engineering & Design teams. Tools & Methodologies • Jira / Confluence or similar tools • Product requirement documentation (PRD) • Agile delivery frameworks. Experience Required • 6+ years of overall experience in Product Management • Proven experience managing consumer-facing digital products • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred.
