Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager based in Nagercoil. The Product Manager responsibilities • Conduct weekly meetings with US-based customers. • Understand existing and ongoing projects and communicate clear deadlines and changes with customers. • Clear and efficient communication skills. • Understand customer requirements and discuss with the development team. • Create new tasks in Trello and deliver to customer. • Do product analysis and come up innovative ideas. • Provide a demo of products. • Manage multiple projects. • Make sure the products are being built as per the requirements by conducting regular internal meetings. Qualifications • Experience in Product Management, including lifecycle management and product development. • Ability to conduct thorough Market Research and define Product Requirements. • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills. • Excellent Project Management and Communication skills. • Experience working with Cross-functional Teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus. • Strong understanding of online education platforms and technologies.
