The role focuses on production planning, quality control, product innovation, hygiene compliance, and team leadership to ensure consistent product excellence and operational efficiency. Note: Only South Indian candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Product Manager (Bakery) are eligible to apply. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily bakery production across factory units and retail outlets • Coordinate production schedules with Supervisors to meet sales forecasts and demand • Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage • Implement and monitor SOPs for production, quality control, and hygiene • Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across facilities and delivery vehicles • Supervise, mentor, and train Supervisors and production teams • Lead recruitment and skill development for bakery production staff • Drive product consistency, quality improvement, and operational efficiency
