Job Purpose This role is central to driving executive-level business storytelling and decision-enablement for the Consumer Durable business. The Product Manager will own and deliver high-stakes business presentations—including MD Decks, Board Meeting Decks, BH Review Decks, and ad-hoc strategic presentations—ensuring precision, clarity, and executive-grade visual impact. Key Responsibilities • End-to-end creation of MD Decks, Board Meeting Decks, BH Review Decks, quarterly business reviews, and strategic initiative updates. • Translate complex data and strategy into crisp narratives, executive-ready visuals, and actionable insights. • Maintain a centralized deck repository with version control and standardized templates. • Drive storyboarding, content structuring, visual design, and executive summaries tailored to leadership expectations. • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced layouts, master slides, charts, animation, SmartArt, storyboarding, template governance). • Own the MIS framework: design, optimize, and automate dashboards for real-time visibility into sales, inventory, channel performance, pricing, promotions, and revenue KPIs. • Publish weekly/monthly insights with trend analysis, variance commentary, and predictive flags.
