Role Overview: • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to be part of the Consumer Experience vertical for our cutting-edge streaming platform. In this role, you will drive the product strategy and execution for a group of products, ensuring seamless and engaging customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the vision for the B2C streaming app experience, aligning with the company’s overall goals. Develop a product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business priorities across platforms and devices such as Connected TV, Web, Android, and iOS. 2. User-Centered Design & Experience: Champion the voice of the customer by deeply understanding user behaviours, pain points, and preferences through research and analytics. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, delightful, and accessible experiences. 3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product initiatives. Foster collaboration across teams to integrate features that drive engagement and retention. 4. Product Execution & Delivery: Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across content discovery and recommendations, search, personalization: ideation, requirements definition, development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Define and monitor success metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, conversion rates) and iterate based on insights. 5. Innovation & Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes in the streaming and digital entertainment space. Identify opportunities for innovation to differentiate the app and grow market share. 6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics tools to measure feature performance, inform decisions, and validate hypotheses. Build A/B testing strategies to optimize user experience and maximize KPIs.
