🚀 We’re Hiring: Product Manager – FASTag for a Leading Digital Banking Platform !!! 📍 Location: Mumbai Experience: 5+ years in digital products/payments/fintech; FASTag experience preferred. 🎓 Qualifications • MBA from Tier 1 institutes (IIM/ISB/XLRI/SPJIMR/IIT/IIFT etc.) • CA qualification also accepted 🔍 About the Role As a Product Manager for FASTag, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for acquisition, activation, usage, recharge, disputes, and customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams, toll operators, and regulatory bodies to deliver a seamless and compliant FASTag experience. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Product Strategy & Roadmap • Define and execute FASTag product strategy across acquisition, activation, and recharge. • Identify customer needs and market trends; drive new features and improvements. 🔹 Digital Journey Ownership • Design and optimize onboarding, vehicle linking, recharge, and usage journeys. • Improve funnel conversions and customer engagement. 🔹 Business Growth & Performance • Drive issuance, activation, recharge revenue, and retention. • Track key KPIs and run lifecycle campaigns. 🔹 Stakeholder & Partner Management • Work with NPCI/IHMCL, toll operators, and vendors for integrations and compliance. • Collaborate with tech, ops, risk, compliance, marketing, and support teams. 🔹 Regulatory Compliance • Ensure adherence to RBI, NPCI, NHAI/IHMCL guidelines. • Maintain documentation and audit readiness. 🔹 Customer Issues & Risk Management • Oversee dispute resolution, incorrect deductions, refunds, and chargebacks. • Implement controls to reduce errors and fraud. 🔹 Analytics & Insights • Analyze user behaviour, recharge trends, and toll usage data. • Build dashboards and drive data-backed interventions. 🧩 What We’re Looking For • Strong understanding of FASTag, toll operations, or digital payments. • Experience in product management, fintech, banking, or mobility. • Analytical, data-driven thinker with excellent execution and stakeholder management skills.
