Role Overview: As the Product Manager for IoT & Robotics, your primary responsibility will be to drive the vision, innovation, and adoption of the next-generation IoT Platform and Robotics solutions within the Facility Management (FM) and Food Services ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in shaping operational efficiency and unlocking new business value for both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: - **Product Strategy & Vision**- Define and evolve a comprehensive product strategy and long-term vision for IoT, Robotics, and Emerging Tech (AI, automation, digital twins, edge computing). - Build a point of view (POV) on emerging technologies through research, experimentation, and cross-industry insights. - Translate innovation trends into actionable product opportunities aligned with business goals. - **Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment**- Work closely with business leaders, operations teams, and domain experts to identify and prioritize high-value use cases. - Communicate product direction and innovation outcomes effectively to senior executives and cross-functional teams. - Drive alignment between platform capabilities, organizational strategy, and delivery objectives. - **Innovation & Transformation Leadership**- Drive innovation across IoT, Robotics, and AI by identifying new technologies, patterns, and opportunities for efficiency and transformation. - Establish and run innovation pipelines, PoCs, and pilot programs that validate emerging tech solutions before scale. - **Use Case Onboarding & Portfolio Management**- Lead identification, evaluation, and onboarding of IoT and Robotics use cases across FM and Food domains. Define success metrics and continuously track adoption and value realization. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in engineering or business administration, or related technical field; a combination of technical and business education is strongly preferred. - 10 to 15 years of overall industry experience, with a strong track record in technology-driven environments.
