Product Manager – Integrations & Connectors

About the job

The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically fluent Product Manager – Integrations & Connectors to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of our enterprise connector and integration ecosystem within the Pathlock platform. You will define and deliver capabilities that enable seamless interoperability with leading enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle), supporting critical governance, risk, and compliance workflows. Key Responsibilities • Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Pathlock’s integrations and connectors. • Establish prioritization frameworks balancing enterprise demand, partner ecosystem opportunities, and platform extensibility. • Ensure the connector framework supports high performance, scalability, and security across heterogeneous environments. • Translate customer use cases into clear product requirements and functional specifications for connector features. • Act as the product owner for connectors in agile development cycles—refining user stories, managing backlogs, and working closely with Engineering and QA. • Support release planning, connector certifications, and go-to-market readiness for new integrations. • Collaborate with partner teams to support third-party connector development and onboarding. • Ensure developer-friendly documentation, SDKs, and tools are available for partner and customer developers. • Monitor and optimize connector usage, reliability, and adoption. Qualifications • 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably in security, IAM, IGA, or integration platforms. • Proven track record of delivering scalable, secure API-based integrations or connector ecosystems. • Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or Microsoft. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably in security, IAM, IGA, or integration platforms.
