Job Description: Product Manager will act as one point contact for various departments like Sales, Marketing, Credit, External Lenders & Technology Team. The purpose of the role is develop & manage the lending product and to drive business growth Roles & Responsibilities Strategy and portfolio ownership ● Define overall product vision, value proposition and target segments in line with business strategy and risk appetite ● Own the product roadmap: new variants, limit/tenor/fee structures, policy tweaks, digital features, and process improvements across the lifecycle ● Monitor P&L and key portfolio metrics (AUM, yield, CoF, NIM, ROA/ROE, approval rates, sourcing mix, credit losses, bounce/roll rates) and take actions to protect profitability and asset quality. Market, customer and competition ● Conduct market and competitor analysis on pricing, features, channels, underwriting models, and regulatory trends to keep the lending product competitive. ● Use customer research, feedback, NPS/CSAT, funnel data (lead → login → approval → disbursal → usage) to identify pain points and new use cases ● Translate insights into clear product requirements (e.g., pre‑approved offers, top‑ups, flexible EMIs, digital documentation) that improve acquisition and retention. Product design, policies and journeys ● Design the product construct: eligibility rules, credit policy levers, pricing grids, fees/charges, documentation and operational processes ● Map and optimise end‑to‑end journeys: application, onboarding/KYC, credit decisioning, sanction, documentation, disbursal, servicing, top‑up, closure, and collections ● Draft and maintain product notes, SOPs, process flows, and customer‑facing T&Cs; ensure clarity and internal alignment across sales, ops, and service teams ● Ensure products and journeys comply with all applicable regulations and internal risk/governance frameworks (KYC/AML, fair practice code, disclosure requirements, digital lending norms). ● Translate business needs into BRDs and work with Technology Team to build or enhance LOS, LMS, decision engines, digital onboarding platforms and partner APIs. Lead project execution: timelines, UAT, go‑live, and rollout plans Skills & Qualifications ● Post Graduate with 4 - 6 years of experience in Fintechs or NBFC’s ● Prefer MBA from Tier-1 college ● Strong understanding of lending products, credit risk and P&L levers; comfort with data analytics and portfolio dashboards ● Ability to write clear product documents and BRDs, manage projects, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority ● Customer‑centric and digital‑savvy mindset, especially for online and partnership‑led lending models What We Offer: · Competitive salary. · Opportunity to work on innovative projects with a talented and passionate team. · Professional growth and development opportunities. · Health insurance and other benefits How to Apply: Please submit your application to Teamhr@innopay.in or WhatsApp: 9108510751 including your resume.
