Product Manager — Middle Mile Supply Chain

About the job

What you'll do: Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. You will own the product roadmap for inter-warehouse logistics — building systems that optimize transportation, improve network visibility, and drive down costs across noon's fulfillment operations. • Partner with engineering, operations, and data teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ship solutions that improve SLA performance and reduce transportation costs. • Lead end-to-end product discovery — from identifying operational pain points to designing, testing, and iterating on scalable logistics solutions. • Build and maintain performance dashboards that give operations teams clear, actionable visibility into middle-mile metrics. • Collaborate with data science and ML teams to explore AI/ML-driven use cases in route optimization, capacity planning, and carrier management. • Communicate clearly across cross-functional teams and leadership, aligning on goals, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
