Summary Position Summary • Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline • 3+ years of experience in product management or technology delivery roles • Proven experience managing roadmaps and delivering multiple digital products end-to-end • Strong ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate needs into product vision and requirements • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and testers • Ability to conduct business analysis, run workshops, and apply design-thinking principles • Strong understanding of product desirability, viability, and functionality evaluation • Knowledge of system integrations across applications, platforms, and databases • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and manage interdependencies effectively • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills • Strong teamwork mindset and ability to work collaboratively, virtually, and independently Roles And Responsibilities • Define and maintain the product vision and enhancement roadmap across a portfolio of 3–5 digital products. • Ensure product direction aligns with business priorities, user needs, and long term value creation. • Oversee the delivery of new features and enhancements within agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations. • Ensure solutions meet criteria for desirability, viability, and functional readiness before release. • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong, productive relationships.
