Experience: 1 to 3 Years Compensation: Up to ₹6,00,000 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance) Location: Gurgaon-In Office role Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days maximum About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and highly adaptable Product Manager / Solutions Consultant to join our team immediately. In this hybrid role, you will act as a bridge between our clients and our technical teams. You will consult with clients to understand their business challenges, design AI-enabled digital transformation solutions, and own the end-to-end execution of these projects. If you are passionate about emerging technologies (AI/ML) and excel at turning ambiguous client problems into actionable product roadmaps, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities • Consulting & Solutioning: Actively participate in client workshops and discussions to understand their pain points. Propose feasible, innovative digital transformation and AI-driven solutions tailored to their business needs. • Product Strategy & Documentation: Translate high-level client requirements into comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, wireframes, and execution roadmaps. • AI & Tech Translation: Demystify complex AI/tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders, while accurately conveying business requirements to the engineering and data science teams. • End-to-End Execution: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from ideation to delivery. Act as the primary owner for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure timely execution. • Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients regarding project progress, scope changes, and deliverables. • Go-to-Market & Handoff: Ensure smooth product launches, user acceptance testing (UAT), and successful handover/training for the client's internal teams. Required Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Product Management, Technical Consulting, or Business Analysis, ideally within a B2B or agency/services environment. • Domain Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of Digital Transformation concepts and modern AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, automation). You don't need to code, but you must know how these technologies are applied to solve business problems. • Project Management: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Linear. • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to confidently pitch solutions to clients and negotiate scope. • Problem Solving: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous client requests into logical, phased deliverables. Good to Have (Bonus Points) • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA. • Previous experience working in an IT consulting firm, digital agency, or a fast-paced startup. • Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro) to quickly visualize solutions for clients. • Pre-sales experience or assisting in writing technical proposals/SOWs.
