We’re Hiring | Product Manager – Web Team Location: Bengaluru (BNG) / Gurugram (GGN) Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days office per week Notice Period: Immediate to max 2 weeks ONLY (mandatory) We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Web to join Publicis Sapient and drive the end-to-end delivery of high-impact web products for global clients. Key Responsibilities Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to business goals Lead Agile ceremonies, define user stories, and drive sprint execution Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, Content, and Analytics teams Drive scalable, high-performance web product development Partner with CMS platforms like AEM / Sitecore for content authoring Use data and insights to continuously optimize user experience Required Experience 8+ years of Product Management experience (Web/Digital mandatory) Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience Hands-on exposure to Jira, Confluence, Trello Solid understanding of front-end & back-end web technologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Mandatory Note Only candidates who can join immediately or within a maximum of 2 weeks will be considered.
