Role Overview: As a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager in the Cardio Diabetic segment based in Mumbai (Kandivli-Charkop), your primary responsibility will be brand management. You will play a crucial role in identifying new avenues to develop the brand portfolio, ensuring its growth and success in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Design product strategies and ensure timely execution. - Propose new product launches to strengthen the brand portfolio. - Coordinate with the sales team to implement strategies effectively. - Conduct market research to specify market requirements for current and future products. - Plan and design promotional materials/tools to support sales and marketing objectives cost-effectively. - Train, motivate, and guide the field force to drive continuous brand growth. - Identify new products for launch and innovate product and packaging to create entry barriers for competitors. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 6 years of experience in Brand Management. - Strong functional knowledge of product management, market dynamics, data analysis, and goal orientation. - Specialized skills in managing brand expenses, strategic planning, ROI strategies, competitor awareness, and active listening.
