Position: Product Manager/Sr Product Manager Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement brand strategies for Critical Care/ Anti-infective / Acute Therapies products. • Design marketing campaigns and promotional materials. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights. • Support and train field force on products and strategies. • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Training teams to ensure seamless implementation. • Drive brand planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. • Lead new product launches and line extensions. • Coordinate with sales, medical, and regulatory teams. • Optimize promotional effectiveness and ROI. Desired Candidate Profile: • Minimum 3-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing. • Proven experience in brand management, strategy formulation, and team leadership. • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable plans. • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to handle multiple brands, tight deadlines, and fast-paced environments.
