In this role, you’ll define, launch, and communicate the value of IT By Design’s portfolio — including Global Engineering Talent, Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), TeamGPS (Managed Performance Management Platform), and AI By Design — to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) globally. You’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing in the U.S. and collaborate closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, and Senior Leadership to shape messaging, ensure a seamless customer journey, and drive adoption across the lifecycle. This is a hands-on, mid-level strategic role for a marketer who can translate vision into action — blending data, creativity, and collaboration to fuel growth. Experience: Experience or familiarity with the MSP industry or MSP go-to-market models is a plus. • Background in AI, automation, or performance management solutions. • Experience collaborating with global teams across time zones and functions. Key Responsibilities and Duties: • Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Positioning • Partner with the Director of Marketing, product leads, and cross-functional teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new offerings and feature launches. • Define and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks, and differentiation narratives aligned to target ICPs and personas. • Collaborate with the Campaign Manager and Brand Studio to ensure cohesive, persona-driven messaging across all marketing and CX touchpoints. • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities. Customer Journey & Experience • Partner with the Client Services (CX) team to map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring unified messaging and consistent brand experience from acquisition to retention. • Develop and maintain customer-focused content that builds trust and engagement throughout the lifecycle. • Gather feedback and data from clients, partners, and internal teams to identify experience gaps and messaging opportunities. Content Development & Sales Enablement • Create and maintain core product marketing assets — one-pagers, battlecards, ROI tools, presentations, and web copy. • Translate complex product features into clear, benefit-led narratives for executive and operational audiences. • Support revenue teams with enablement tools, persona-based talk tracks, and product training content. • Partner with the Brand Studio to ensure alignment with brand standards and visual identity. Collaboration & Optimization • Serve as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, and Senior Leadership across a global team. • Partner with Revenue Operations to track engagement, adoption, and performance of product marketing initiatives. • Use HubSpot, Looker Studio, and analytics dashboards to measure impact and inform optimization. • Continuously refine go-to-market strategies based on performance data, market trends, and customer insights. Required Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or B2B SaaS/IT marketing roles. • Mandatory exposure to U.S. B2B marketing environments. • Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a native or near-native level — must communicate clearly and professionally with U.S. stakeholders. • Proven ability to align product, marketing, and sales efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. • Excellent storytelling, communication, writing, and presentation skills. • Hands-on experience developing messaging frameworks, GTM plans, and sales enablement content. • Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in HubSpot, Looker Studio, and related analytics tools. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
