Product Marketing Senior Executive

We are hiring for two distinct Product Marketing roles within our Ayurvedic and pharmaceutical business. Both roles work closely with sales, distribution, and leadership, but differ clearly in ownership, scope, and seniority. Product Marketing Senior Executive This role is execution-focused and field-oriented. The Senior Executive will support product strategy on ground, enable the field force, ... drive launches, and convert product science into daily market performance. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales performance in the assigned territory to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets. • Implement product marketing strategies to improve market penetration and brand visibility. • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and track progress against targets. • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Territory Sales Executives and Managers to achieve business objectives. • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide on-ground coaching, and address performance gaps. • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, guidelines, and ethical sales practices. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics to promote product awareness. • Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and retailers to ensure product availability and timely supply. • Handle customer issues, queries, and escalations to maintain high satisfaction levels. • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, prescription behaviour, and sales data to identify growth opportunities. • Provide structured feedback to senior management on market dynamics, customer preferences, and product performance. • Recommend and implement adjustments to product positioning and sales strategies based on market insights. • Plan and execute new product launches in coordination with sales and marketing teams. • Train the field force on product knowledge, scientific detailing, and competitive positioning. • Ensure promotional campaigns, visual aids, and initiatives are effectively executed in the field. • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and ethical marketing norms. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD in Pharmacy or Ayurveda. • 2+ year of experience in pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic product marketing or sales roles. • Strong understanding of pharma/Ayurveda product life cycles, prescription behavior, and field force operations. • Experience working with medical representatives, territory managers, and distribution networks. • Ability to analyse data, interpret market trends, and convert insights into actionable strategies. • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills. • High level of integrity, discipline, and compliance awareness.
