About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager who can drive operational efficiency, streamline product processes, and enable data‑driven decision-making across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in analytics, SQL, cross‑functional execution, and product-oriented problem-solving. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and timely execution of product-related activities. • Gather ground-level insights from field operations to improve product processes, feature adoption, and implementation efficiency. • Build, optimize, and standardize product development processes, ensuring smooth execution from ideation to launch. • Track field performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and work cross-functionally to drive on-ground improvements. • Support rollout of new product features, tools, or processes with proper training, documentation, and feedback loops from the field. • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams through effective communication, documentation, and operational rigor. • Track key product operational KPIs, ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards. • Build automated data workflows to reduce manual reporting and increase operational efficiency. Skills & Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in product operations (or a hybrid role). • Strong command of SQL and data analysis. • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional product teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert ambiguity into structured solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • High attention to detail, process orientation, and documentation discipline.
