Position Summary: We are looking for a “Product Operations Senior Associate” to join the athenahealth Product Operations team, based in Bangalore. About the team: The Product Operations team helps drive value for the Product Management organization by providing analytics-based, consultative feedback rooted in alpha and beta product development testing best practices. We’re seeking a mission-driven, innovative, and outcomes-oriented teammate to help enhance and advance athenahealth’s Product organization—ultimately improving the healthcare industry for the better. Responsibilities: • Accelerate delivery and impact of product features and roadmap alignment. • Plan, execute, and measure product feature proof-of-concepts and tests. • Drive efficient cross-scrum team R&D operations and dependency management. • Organize and plan product tests to ensure adoptability and scalability of new products and enhancements.
