About the Role We are looking for a Product Owner / Associate Product Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of product features—from requirement gathering to release—while ensuring high product quality through automation and testing. This role requires a strong combination of product thinking, technical understanding, and quality-driven execution. Key Responsibilities ****Product & Requirement Management • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and clients • Convert requirements into user stories, PRDs, workflows, and acceptance criteria • Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and scalable Product Ownership & Agile Execution • Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA • Work closely with engineering teams during sprint execution • Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and reviews • Ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery Testing & Quality Assurance • Define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and edge cases • Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT • Ensure defects are tracked, prioritized, and resolved Automation Testing (Must Have) • Drive automation-first testing approach • Work with QA teams to implement automation using: • Playwright / Cypress / Selenium • Ensure automation coverage for critical product flows • Integrate automated test cases into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions) API & Data Validation • Perform API testing using Postman • Validate integrations and system workflows • Use SQL for data validation and analysis Collaboration & Communication • Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and QA teams • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders • Communicate product updates, releases, and improvements Required Skills • Experience in SaaS / CRM / Sales Tools domain • Strong skills in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/PRD) • Hands-on experience in automation testing (Playwright / Cypress / Selenium) • Knowledge of API testing (Postman) • Good understanding of SQL and data validation • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments (JIRA) • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills • Experience in CRM / Sales Engagement Platforms / WhatsApp Automation • Exposure to AI-based SaaS products • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines • Basic knowledge of Java / JavaScript / system architecture Why Join Us • Work on next-generation SaaS and AI-driven platforms • Opportunity to take ownership and drive product decisions • Fast-paced environment with high growth potential
