Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for engineering • Lead sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives with agile development teams • Translate product strategy and roadmap into user stories and acceptance criteria • Work closely with engineering to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and unblock delivery • Manage dependencies across teams and coordinate with architecture on technical decisions • Track delivery metrics, sprint velocity, and progress against commitments • Participate in PI planning and ensure alignment with governance frameworks including continuation gates • Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and customer needs • Communicate delivery status to product management leadership and stakeholders • Support customer delivery teams with product knowledge during implementation What We’re Looking For • Strong product ownership experience in agile environments, preferably with B2B SaaS or platform products • Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and drive consistent delivery velocity • Technical understanding to work effectively with engineering teams on cloud-native architectures and APIs • Excellent user story writing skills with clear acceptance criteria • Experience working in distributed teams across time zones • Strong communication skills to bridge product management, engineering, and stakeholder needs • Familiarity with cargo, logistics, or travel technology is ideal but not a must • Comfortable with transformation environments where requirements evolve • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills • Collaborative approach that builds trust with engineering teams Why Join You'll deliver a platform that transforms how airlines manage their cargo retailing and operations.
