Description The Mosaic Program is focused on revolutionizing and modernizing our existing Passenger Services System (PSS), and the Product team you’ll join is working to retire United’s PSS and migrate to a cloud-based platform to emerge as a modern retailing leader in Order/Offer management systems. This position will play a critical role in continuing to develop our transformative strategy, with a particular focus on smart technology and artificial intelligence (AI) which will support our ambitions. This role will require an understanding of both business and technology, as well as a strong customer-centric focus as we are looking to redefine core business processes and technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to “change the unchangeable” and build a new, cutting-edge passenger service system (PSS) that will shape the industry for years to come! This role will be responsible for overall definition of strategy and roadmap with business partners and working on business analysis project tasks with application development teams. This role will also be responsible for supporting Application Development teams on following Agile practices- writing, refining and prioritizing user stories and leading the delivery efforts. • Translates high level requirements into detailed level user stories to be consumed by the development pods in each sprint, while ensuring stories and features are added iteratively to the product to add overall value • Facilitates meetings and presentations to ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, and impact analysis findings • Facilitates agile ceremonies such as kick off, iteration, estimation sessions and help to keep team up to date with changes in priorities and to be available to answer questions quickly • Collaborate with Business partners, Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps and other stake holders to ensure deliverables meet expectations • Drives knowledge base initiatives such Training programs, as documentation of knowledge articles and end user training • Drives efforts for production incident identification, workaround, and remediation This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt.
