Let’s define tomorrow, together. **Job Overview and Responsibilities** The Mosaic Program is focused on revolutionizing and modernizing our existing Passenger Services System (PSS), and the Product team you’ll join is working to retire United’s PSS and migrate to a cloud-based platform to emerge as a modern retailing leader in Order/Offer management systems. This position will play a critical role in continuing to develop our transformative strategy, focusing on smart technology and artificial intelligence (AI). **In this role, you will:** - Overall definition of strategy and roadmap with business partners - Support Application Development teams on following Agile practices - Facilitate meetings and presentations to ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, and impact analysis findings - Collaborate with Business partners, Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders - Drive knowledge base initiatives including documentation and training programs - Identify production incidents and drive remedies **What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):** - Bachelor's degree - 10+ years of Industry experience as Business analyst, product owner, product management. - Excellent communicator with outstanding analytical skills - Hands-on experience with Jira/ADO. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship - Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) **What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):** - Master's degree - 4+ Agile/Scrum experience/certification - Detailed knowledge of airline reservation systems
