Job Title: Product Owner - Regulatory Products Location: Mumbai Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our Banking Regulatory Products and Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering products and solutions that help banks and financial institutions comply with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Product Vision: Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the product vision, mission, and roadmap for our Banking Regulatory Products and Solutions. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. • Backlog Management: Develop and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date, refined, and prioritized. • Product Decisions: Make informed product decisions, balancing business needs, customer requirements, and technical feasibility. • Regulatory Expertise: Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends, and ensure that our products and solutions are compliant and aligned with customer needs. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure that products and solutions are delivered with high quality and meet customer needs. • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through meetings, calls, and demos to gather feedback, showcase product value, and build relationships. • Solution Design: Work with customers to understand their needs and design solutions that meet those needs, leveraging the Data & Analytics product. • Proof of Concepts (POCs): Develop POCs, prototypes, or demos to showcase product capabilities and value proposition. • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through meetings, calls, and demos to showcase product value, gather feedback, and build relationships. • Sales Support: Provide sales teams with product knowledge, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement materials to support sales efforts. • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banking regulatory compliance.
