Job Summary: The Product Owner/Product Manager will lead strategy, development, and optimization of US healthcare RCM and medical-coding products. The candidate will collaborate with engineering, operations, coding teams, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions. Role & Responsibility This is a very visible and hands-on Product Management role. This role will effectively act as the intersection between operations, solutions, technology development and user experience to design, build and implement innovative technology solutions. You will act as the primary product owner of IKS technology products and drive the agenda for IKSHealth digital transformation from ideation, exploration, approval, development, implementation, execution, measurement and ongoing development. Manage stakeholders by structured/unstructured communication channels, collaborate with, and influence leaders in operations across all levels, regarding product needs, product plans, organizational prioritization, and project updates. Responsible for ensuring communications documents/collaterals are created. (Project status, project milestones, Notification, Training guide, user-manuals etc.) Responsible for developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations such as System Approaches, Outline high-level flow, Release notes etc. Act as conduit between the business/client teams and development teams to ensure proper flow of communication and resolution of any gaps of information & understanding. Support testing team in understanding system requirements, defining testing objectives and participating in functional testing. Conduct user training sessions and support client teams during acceptance testing. Exp Required Overall 8-10 yrs exp with at least 2-3 yrs relevant as a Product Owner/Product Manager is Required Degree (Bachelor’s or Masters) in healthcare, life sciences, computer science or related specializations Product Management certified preferred Experience in US healthcare / US healthcare Required (RCM Preferred) Exposure to HL7, EHR, US healthcare processes is a definite plus Experience working on Workflow Management Products utilizing AI/ML and GenAI features desirable Experience delivering products and showing the impact of the work Agile experience or certification desirable Note: This is work from office from Navi Mumbai 5 days a week.
