Standardised Job Title: Manager II, Product Solutions Role - Product Solutions Expert About This Role As a Product Solutions Expert, you will work closely with the Senior Product Solutions Manager to ensure successful enterprise client launches on our SaaS platform. You'll become an expert on our platform, capture client requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementations. Key Responsibilities • Develop deep expertise in our SaaS platform, understanding its capabilities, configurations, and integration points. • Support the Lead Product Solutions Manager in capturing and documenting local client and market requirements. • Design solutions using our platform to meet client business and local market needs, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and best practices. • Collaborate with market delivery teams, business teams, and platform product and engineering teams to drive successful platform deployments. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex client issues during implementation and post-launch. • Contribute to the development of best practices and reusable solution components to improve efficiency and consistency across client implementations. • Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide technical expertise. • Stay updated on platform updates and new features, incorporating them into solution designs when appropriate. • Support knowledge transfer and training for clients and internal teams on platform capabilities and solution designs. Qualifications • Experience in product management, solution design, implementation, or consulting roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software with track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders and priorities. • Strong technical background with the ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technologies. • Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding complex business requirements. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design solutions within platform constraints. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Familiarity with the telco industry and BSS solutions is a plus. Ideal Candidate • 10 or more years of relevant experience. • Has a passion for technology and a drive to become an expert in our platform. • Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Shows initiative and can work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment. • Adapts quickly to changing priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Has experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. • Has experience supporting digital transformation initiatives for enterprises.
