You will be joining Hand Safety First as a Product Specialist in Visakhapatnam. Role Overview: As a Product Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating new product development from concept to launch - Organising and presenting product webinars to clients and partners - Following up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Conducting cold calling to generate new leads and build the sales funnel - Planning and tracking inventory and dispatches in coordination with the logistics team. Qualifications Required: To be successful in this role, you need to: - Be fluent in Hindi and English - Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and confident communication with key accounts - Possess strong organisational skills, methodical approach, and commitment to work ethics - Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in industrial product sales or customer-facing roles. Location & Work Details: Location: On-site, Dabagardens area, Visakhapatnam - Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
