Purpose of the Role : The team aims to deliver an exceptional customer experience by achieving maximum On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries through a cost-efficient, optimized supply network, robust system automations, and strong vendor partnerships. The team plays a pivotal role in realizing our aspiration to reach millions of students, while building a future-ready, scalable, and responsive operations backbone. The Product Supply role focuses on operational readiness for any process changes or new launches and will be responsible for interfacing with Supply Chain and Product teams on behalf of the central category team. The role also involves strengthening new product launch processes, driving process optimization with cross-functional teams, and partnering with business teams on product portfolio and long-tail optimization. Roles & Responsibilities : • Product Supply role entails building a strong understanding of supply chain and internal product based processes. • The person will be responsible for mapping end to end product flow and supply chain flow for major launches and business process changes owned by the category team. • The person will be working on developing supply and demand forecasts for products based on multiple methodologies. • Ability to anticipate impact on the supply chain and related operations systems of any product changes and / or new launches. • Work on strengthening the new product launch process from conceptualization to launch along with operational readiness at each stage. • Required to work on process optimisation with SCM, internal product, academic and business teams. • Work with business teams on product portfolio and long-tail optimization. Experience : • MBA from tier 1 college with a focus in Operations / Supply Chain. • 2 - 3 years experience in Product Supply, Planning or Project Management roles. • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in advanced business analytics. • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams, supported by clear and effective communication skills.
