Job Description: The Product Trainer will be responsible for training and upskilling the company's sales team across India on our range of products, surface finishes, collections, and unique selling propositions (USPs). The role demands strong communication, deep product understanding, and the ability to translate technical details into impactful training modules that enhance the team’s knowledge, confidence, and conversion ability. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct structured training sessions on the company's collections, surface technologies, and product innovations for internal sales teams. - Develop and deliver engaging presentations, product demos, and interactive workshops. - Evaluate team performance post-training and identify knowledge gaps for further improvement. - Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to update training materials as per new launches and innovations. - Travel across India to conduct training sessions. Qualifications & Requirements: - Excellent command of English communication (spoken & written). - Intellectually capable with strong grasping ability and clarity of thought. - Proven experience in product or sales training. - Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to simplify complex product information. - Confident speaker with presentation and interpersonal skills.
