Position: Product Trainer/L&D Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore Experience: 3-7 Years CTC: 4-10LPA Based on experience Role Type: 5 days a week, weekend cover & travel to other cities About Us: Founded in 2014, WaterScience is revolutionizing non-drinking water filtration. What You’ll Do: • We are looking for a hands-on trainer to deliver/manage training across products, customer service, processes, systems, and sales execution. • Conduct product training across all product categories. • Train teams on CRM, ERP, SOPs, and internal systems to ensure process compliance. • Build sales capability through role plays, objection handling, demo-to-closure training, and customer service standards. • Assess trainees through tests and certifications before deployment. • Continuously improve training content based on performance gaps and new product launches. Skills Required: • 3–7 years of experience in training (product/sales/service environment preferred). • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer experience. • Comfortable training an audience with varied English proficiency. • High energy, structured, and execution-focused. • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
