Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations at our Bavla facility. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of production to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely manufacturing of our skincare, cosmetic, and oral care products while adhering to stringent quality standards and regulatory guidelines.Responsibilities:✔Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and inventory targets. Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize output and efficiency.✔Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and raw materials. Forecast resource needs and ensure their availability.✔Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the production process. Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant industry regulations. Oversee quality checks and address any quality issues promptly.✔Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving measures in production processes, including waste reduction, process improvement, and efficient resource utilization.✔Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the production team. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback. Foster a positive and productive work environment.✔Maintenance & Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop preventive maintenance schedules.✔Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses.✔Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies within the production area. Promote a safe working environment and implement safety training programs.✔Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present production reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, efficiency, and cost. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.✔Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
