About the Role We are looking for an experienced Production, Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize factory operations, production planning, inventory control, and dispatch performance. This role is critical for ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and seamless supply chain management to support our expanding distribution across retail centres, e-commerce, institutional sales, and export markets. Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage daily production schedules aligned with sales forecasts. - Ensure high production efficiency, minimal downtime, and effective WIP control. - Maintain accurate inventory management across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods through ERP systems. - Oversee supply chain operations and dispatch performance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. - Implement cost optimization initiatives including wastage reduction, packaging optimization, and vendor negotiations. - Ensure strict quality standards and compliance across all product lines. - Drive SOP implementation, process automation, and ERP discipline across factory operations. - Lead and develop the operations team, improving productivity and accountability. - Support capacity expansion, new SKU integration, and operational scalability.
