Key Responsibilities • Understand customer product configurations and translate them into structured data using Windowmaker Software. • Set up and modify profile data including reinforcements, glazing, and accessories, aligned with customer-specific rules and industry practices. • Analyse data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure high-quality output. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Software Development, Support). • Provide training, guidance, and documentation to internal teams and customers as needed.
