Position Overview Job Title: Program & Change Execution Manager Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: VP Role Description • As a Senior Program & Change Execution Manager in Trust and Agency Services, you will lead the assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of risks associated with third-party vendor engagements across TAS Technology. In this role, you will act as the single point of accountability for third-party risk across multiple in-scope applications, ensuring each application’s vendor relationships are fully assessed, approved, and monitored through the entire lifecycle (onboarding → steady state → renewal → exit). • This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices while supporting strategic sourcing and vendor governance. What We’ll Offer You As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy • Best in class leave policy • Gender neutral parental leaves • 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) • Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education • Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members • Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents • Accident and Term life Insurance • Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new and existing vendors using Deutsche Bank’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework. • Evaluate vendor risk profiles, including cybersecurity, data privacy, and operational resilience. • Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., BaFin MaRisk, ECB outsourcing guidelines, FFIEC, MAS). • Implement governance monitoring for each vendor relationship in line with Deutsche Bank’s TPRM Policy. • Act as primary contact for audits, regulatory reviews, and internal assurance activities related to vendor risk. • Awareness and familiarity with changes to the vendor risk management policies to align with emerging threats and regulatory changes. How You’ll Lead • Collaborate with Service Owners, Divisional Vendor Management Offices (DVMO), Global Procurement, and Control Functions. • Prepare and present risk analysis, dashboards, and KPI reports to senior management. Your Skills And Experience • 5–8 years in vendor risk management, third-party risk, or operational risk within financial services. • Experience with risk management systems and tools (preferably dbTPRM). • Strong understanding of global outsourcing regulations and risk frameworks. • Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy, and business continuity standards.
