The Program Coordinator serves as a key member of a high-functioning team tasked with scoping and managing multiple new design and datacenter network expansion infrastructure projects. This person will be responsible for coordinating schedules, financials, and resources for global construction programs, including communication with stakeholders, organization of materials and resources, and reporting on the status and expected completion dates. Job Description • Program management, integration, and capacity prioritization planning for critical network infrastructure across global datacenters. • Create scopes of work (SOWs) and expenditure approval documents for expansions of datacenter infrastructure. • Run the yearly project forecasting process, coordinating with key stakeholders to collect the required data. • Manage and update ongoing project forecast data and resource management. • Interface with senior leadership, staff, and teams to establish policies, plans, and performance objectives for assigned projects. • Create process flows and playbooks to document and organize internal processes. Work with internal teams on process improvements. • Create, manage, and maintain program/project metrics. Organize data into dashboards. • Generate and maintain reports that cover - effort utilization, forecasting, classification, and priorities. • Manage and monitor projects.
