Job Description: Program Lead We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Lead with over 8 years of expertise to drive and manage our key initiatives in the fintech domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background along with exceptional leadership and analytical capabilities. Responsibilities • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. • Utilize advanced Excel skills and SQL queries to drive data analysis and produce executive-level reports. • Leverage AI tools to derive actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning. • Foster clear communication and collaboration across diverse teams, including close coordination with customer service departments. • Analyze customer service tickets and queries to understand customer sentiments and prioritize tasks based on different priorities and merchant segments. • Apply classification knowledge to ensure that customer issues are analyzed in depth and resolved efficiently by the appropriate teams. What Matters In This Role • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts. • Willingness to adhere to a six-day working schedule as needed.
