About the job

As a seasoned program leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of a multi-module Life Sciences learning content development program. • Program Management • Project Planning • Cross-Functional Team Coordination • ADDIE Framework Adherence To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in program/project management, with a proven track record of managing content development teams and working in the Life Sciences/Healthcare/Pharma domain. Hands-on experience with instructional design workflows, SCORM/xAPI-based eLearning delivery, and LMS/LXP platforms is also essential.
