📍 Location: On-site | Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai 🕒 Experience: 5–15 years Job Summary We are hiring a Program Manager – APQP, NPD for our automotive stamping parts manufacturing unit. The role involves managing new product development and ensuring successful launch of new parts from concept to mass production while meeting customer quality and timeline requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Lead new product development programs for automotive stamping components • Manage APQP activities and ensure project milestones are achieved • Coordinate with customers, tooling, production, and quality teams • Handle PPAP documentation and submissions to customers • Monitor development timelines, trials, and product validation • Ensure smooth transition from development to mass production Requirements: • 5–15 years of experience in automotive manufacturing • Experience in APQP, PPAP, and new product development processes • Exposure to stamping or sheet metal components preferred • Strong coordination and project management skills.
