Program Manager Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned program leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. This key role will involve leading multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, QA, and stakeholders, to drive project alignment and success. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules. Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Salesforce Development projects Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom development, configuration, and integration Proven track record of successfully managing complex Salesforce projects from initiation to completion.
