Brief Job Overview The Program Manager is an individual contributor role that supports leaders in USP’s science division to plan, coordinate and ensure completion of projects and standards on time within budget and within scope. Roles And Responsibilities: - Develop standards production plans - Manage cross-functional teams - Apply project management best practices - Assume a strategic partner role - Predict resources needed - Provide tailored project updates - Measure project performance - Support initiatives/projects - Maintain organized project documentation - Track project progress - Compile reports and presentations - Act as the main point of contact - Collaborate with stakeholders
