Aldun, a subsidiary of Care.fi, is transforming the patient discharge experience in Indian hospitals with its flagship Instant Discharge solution (10 minutes discharge). We partner with hospitals to enable faster, more seamless discharges for insurance patients—reducing wait times from hours to minutes. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, can derive insights and can independently take ownership of programs from conception to execution. Key Responsibilities • Own and execute end-to-end programs and strategic initiatives across teams • Translate business problems into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables • Work closely with Product, Tech, Operations, and Business teams to drive execution • Analyze large datasets (SQL) to track program performance and identify improvement areas • Use Python (or similar tools) for basic data analysis, automation or reporting • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them • Share regular updates, insights, and recommendations with leadership • Build scalable processes, dashboards, and documentation Required Experience & Skills • 4–5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Analytics or similar roles • Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment • Strong experience handling large datasets • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis • Basic to intermediate understanding of Python (data analysis, scripts, automation) • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous setup.
