The Opportunity: CITYDATA.ai, a Silicon Valley AI company, is undertaking a historic mission for the heritage cities across India. We are seeking a highly-skilled Program Manager to lead the local deployment of our AI platform to solve overcrowding challenges in Indian cities. You will be the critical bridge between our global technology teams and local government stakeholders, making a direct and lasting impact. Key Challenges You Will Solve: • Serve as the single point of command for , building trusted relationships with the Smart City team, Municipal Corporation, ICCC, and law enforcement. • Manage the full lifecycle of this mission-critical technology deployment, from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution and reporting. • Navigate complex bureaucratic and social environments to build consensus and drive project milestones forward. Required Qualifications & Experience: Mandatory: • Professional fluency in Hindi and English. • Deep understanding of the local context of Varanasi. • 2+ years in technology project management, with a proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of at least one technology project deployment for a government or public sector client in India. • Proven ability to build strong relationships with and present to senior government officials.
