We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Tech Portfolio Management Office (PMO) in the firm’s office in Hyderabad. This team serves as the organizational strategy office for the DESIS Tech Business Unit (BU), led by the Managing Director (BU Head) and the Tech leadership group, encompassing over 1,000 technical staff in India. DESIS Tech PMO acts as a centralized backbone, provides strategic business consultations, drives firm- and BU-wide initiatives, and compiles business analytics and insights to empower leadership decision-making. The group also collaborates with corporate function groups to enhance strategic proposals and operational efficiencies in management processes. This is a highly visible role requiring technical fluency (gained from hands-on software development experience) combined with organizational strategy experience (demonstrated by education and/or experience with leadership support). The ideal candidate can engage with both engineers and senior business executives, translating between technical and value-driven perspectives to deliver effective strategies.
