We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Tech Portfolio Management Office (PMO) in the firm’s office in Hyderabad. This team serves as the strategy office for the Head of the DESIS Tech Business Unit (BU) encompassing over 1,200 technical staff in India. DESIS Tech PMO acts as a centralized backbone, providing strategic consultations to the Tech leadership group, driving firm- and BU-wide initiatives, and compiling analytics and insights to empower leadership decision-making. This is a role for a “Technologist with Strategic Aspirations.” It requires deep technical fluency (gained from significant hands-on software development experience) combined with high-level organizational strategy skills (demonstrated by education and/or experience collaborating with senior leadership). You will engage with engineering leads on system design or similar technical discussions, serving as a bridge between engineering and business-level strategy.
