Job Summary The Program Manager is responsible for overall program management of complex, multi-task IT projects. Oversees all technical operations, prepares financial and contractual requirements. Responsible for resources, cost control, risk management, works with client representatives to ensure smooth project operation. Manages technical and administrative personnel. Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Serves as focal point of contact with client on program activities. Operates within client guidance, contractual limitations, and Company business and policy directives. Key Responsibilities • Single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR. • Available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification. • Responsible for all aspects of the program management functions and administrative support to include tasks such as meeting logistics and coordination, maintaining contractor EOD submission paperwork, contractor provisioning requests for email, PIV card, CFE, exit and transfer paperwork, documentation etc. • Oversight of the program, team communication, performance, personnel, financials, and reporting. • Primary interface with the Government. • Required to attend a weekly meeting to discuss the program performance and any issues or upcoming initiatives. • Responsible for formulating and delivering an action plan to correct identified issues or initiatives. • Prepare and deliver a monthly Program Management Review presentation to the Solutions Development Directorate (SDD) detailing completed and upcoming work. • Ensure that all deliverables are provided in a timely manner. • Support security processing, which is the interface with Government Office of the Chief Security Officer through the COR on all security matters, to include physical, personnel, and protection of all Government information and data accessed by the contractor. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or 7-10 years of program management experience. • Experience creating modern digital services and building mature agile teams. • Able to read, write, speak and understand English. • U.S. Citizen • Clearance: Public Trust Background Investigation Work Environment/Schedule • Remote • Travel may be required.
