About the job

The Program Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for our highest-value enterprise customers. This role is designed for a strategic leader who can manage high-ticket accounts, navigating complex organizational structures to ensure GoComet’s solutions are integrated deeply into the client's global supply chain. You will act as a senior consultant and bridge between C-suite stakeholders and internal technical teams to drive digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Implementation & Program Governance End-to-End Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle for high-ticket enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with large-scale corporate objectives. Process Architecture: Map complex global logistics processes (SOPs, flow charts) and align them with GoComet’s multi-modal platform. Gap & Risk Analysis: Conduct deep-dive gap analyses and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency for global enterprises. Enterprise Relationship Management C-Level Engagement: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, COOs, and senior supply chain heads. Onboarding & Health: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise stakeholders, monitoring account health scores and driving high-level product adoption. Value Realization: Proactively identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions to maximize the client's ROI. Reporting & Cross-Functional Leadership Executive Reporting: Provide high-level monthly and quarterly status updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders. Metric Tracking: Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including implementation success rates and project delivery quality. Innovation Catalyst: Work cross-functionally with Product and Tech teams to funnel enterprise-level feedback into the product roadmap. Requirements Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting (specifically handling enterprise-level software implementations). Technical Literacy: Mastery of project management methodologies and tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello. Data Driven: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets, derive strategic insights, and present findings to executive audiences. Communication: Elite stakeholder management skills with the "emotional intelligence" required to navigate high-pressure enterprise environments. Tools: High proficiency in MS Excel and experience with enterprise documentation. Bonus Points Deep expertise in the global logistics and supply chain industry. Proven track record in digital transformation or business process automation for Fortune 500 companies. Familiarity with CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
