About the job
The Program Manager acts as the central orchestrator of all Inc42 event IPs and experiences. This role owns the T-90 to T-0 project timelines — weaving together all moving parts across editorial, marketing, design, partnerships, and operations. You’re not running just one event; you’re running the entire system that ensures every Inc42 event, from flagship summits and retreats to partner-led IPs, ... stays on track, on brand, and on schedule. This is a high-ownership, high-coordination role for someone who thrives in structured chaos, loves working cross-functionally, and has a deep sense of accountability for deliverables, documentation, and deadlines. Your Impact in This Role: Be the Conductor: You’ll synchronise all functions — content, design, marketing, and operations ensuring every event runs like clockwork. Drive Timelines: You’ll own the T-90/T-60/T-45 playbook, ensuring milestones are achieved across multiple events simultaneously. Ensure Zero Slippage: You’ll anticipate risks, flag dependencies, and maintain complete visibility for founders and teams. Build Systems for Scale: You’ll design processes, dashboards, and documentation frameworks to make every future event faster and smoother. Enhance Alignment: You’ll bring structure and accountability to cross-functional collaboration — ensuring the right things happen, in the right order, at the right time. Deliver Consistency: You’ll be the custodian of process excellence and ensure every Inc42 event reflects the same standard of precision and polish.
