The Program Manager acts as the central orchestrator of all Inc42 event IPs and experiences. This role owns the T-90 to T-0 project timelines — weaving together all moving parts across editorial, marketing, design, partnerships, and operations. You’re not running just one event; you’re running the entire system that ensures every Inc42 event, from flagship summits and retreats to partner-led IPs, stays on track, on brand, and on schedule. This is a high-ownership, high-coordination role for someone who thrives in structured chaos, loves working cross-functionally, and has a deep sense of accountability for deliverables, documentation, and deadlines. Your Impact in This Role: • Be the Conductor: You’ll synchronise all functions — content, design, marketing, and operations ensuring every event runs like clockwork. • Drive Timelines: You’ll own the T-90/T-60/T-45 playbook, ensuring milestones are achieved across multiple events simultaneously. • Ensure Zero Slippage: You’ll anticipate risks, flag dependencies, and maintain complete visibility for founders and teams. • Build Systems for Scale: You’ll design processes, dashboards, and documentation frameworks to make every future event faster and smoother. • Enhance Alignment: You’ll bring structure and accountability to cross-functional collaboration — ensuring the right things happen, in the right order, at the right time. • Deliver Consistency: You’ll be the custodian of process excellence and ensure every Inc42 event reflects the same standard of precision and polish. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Master Planning & Timeline Ownership: • Create and maintain the master project timelines (T-90/T-60/T-45), ensuring cross-functional milestones are met. • Track progress across content, design, marketing, Delegate/ Speaker reachouts, and operations for every event. • Conduct weekly review calls to track progress, flag bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with founders. 2. Cross-Functional Coordination: • Act as the single point of contact for all teams involved in an event — editorial, brand, design, marketing, and ops. • Ensure dependencies and deliverables between departments are tracked and met. 3. Documentation & Program Design: • Manage event strategy documents, agendas, session flows, and partner integrations alongside content and partnerships teams. 4. Digital & Creative Operations Oversight: • Manage digital deliverables — including creative, PDFs, websites, emailers, documents, and partner collaterals are timely and stored. 5. Strategic Reporting & Stakeholder Management: • Prepare pre-event and post-event reports for founders and department heads.
