Program Manager – Telecom Platform Innovation & AI Role Overview We are seeking a technically strong Program Manager to lead innovation initiatives across Telecom Platform Services, with a focus on AI-enabled transformation. This role combines program delivery leadership with deep technical engagement, driving the adoption of AI capabilities within carrier-grade communication platforms. The Program Manager will establish and lead AI innovation initiatives while ensuring execution excellence across telecom platform programs. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership • Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom platform initiatives (messaging, VoIP, real-time services, API platforms). • Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, network, DevOps, and operations. • Drive modernization initiatives aligned with cloud-native and microservices architectures. • Ensure adherence to SLA, performance, scalability, and reliability standards. Technical & AI Innovation Responsibilities • Identify and incubate AI use cases within telecom platforms (predictive analytics, intelligent routing, automation, fraud detection, CX intelligence). • Lead proof-of-concepts and transition successful pilots into production-grade deployments. • Work closely with architects and data teams to embed AI models into real-time systems. • Establish reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and governance practices. Governance & Operational Excellence • Ensure compliance with telecom regulatory, security, and data governance requirements. • Track program KPIs, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting. • Drive observability, performance optimization, and reliability improvements. Capability & Innovation Culture • Mentor engineering teams on AI adoption and intelligent system design. • Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous innovation. • Contribute to long-term technology strategy in telecom platform services. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related discipline. • 8–12 years of experience in telecom software platforms or communication systems. • Demonstrated experience managing technology programs. • Strong understanding of real-time systems, distributed architectures, and cloud-native platforms. • Exposure to AI/ML integration in enterprise systems. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in telecom software platforms or communication systems.
- Proven experience managing technology programs.
